Your story, told in

The hydrangeas that grew in your Nana’s garden. The lighthouse on the Maine coast where you got engaged. Your dog, holding a martini glass. All you need to do is tell me your stories—I’ll take care of the rest.

CUSTOM WATERCOLOR WEDDING INVITATIONS

brushstrokes

When you choose to work with me, you get me.

Each and every pattern, icon, line drawing, and illustration used in your invitation suite will be created in-house by me.

Every package includes unlimited custom art.

If you want a floral pattern for your envelope liner or an image of an Aperol spritz for your bar sign, I’ll paint it.

You get my guidance on wording and etiquette.

In other words, you’ll never have to rely on ChatGPT to tell you how to (nicely) explain that your wedding is going to be child-free.

You won’t even need to know how much a stamp costs in 2026.

When I say my team and I handle every detail, we mean every detail, from creative direction to assembly and mailing.

Why choose Priscilla Basilio Design Studio for your custom watercolor wedding invitations?

I gave the general theme and vision to Priscilla, and she turned it into something from my wildest dreams.

- Talia & Sam

Her patience with my feedback, creativity within the stationery, and overall understanding of the romantic made this process seamless! Not to mention, her kindness and graciousness in all communication was a breath of fresh air in the wedding planning process!

HOW I DESIGN CUSTOM WEDDING INVITATIONS BASED ON YOUR STORY & YOUR TASTE

As soon as I receive your inquiry, I’ll send over a detailed experience guide for you to review, and we’ll find a time to chat about exactly what you’re envisioning for your wedding.

THE CALL

After our call, you’ll receive a design board that gives you a peek at the creative direction I’m imagining, plus 3 custom packages at different price points and a timeline for your wedding stationery.

THE proposal

Once you’re officially a client, you’ve got mail: our welcome box, brimming with samples of our papers, ribbons, wax seals, and all the print methods we offer.

THE samples

Based on our conversations, I’ll hand-paint and sketch everything we need, then send you realistic mockups of every piece so that you can give feedback before we print.

THE creative

We assemble, address, and mail everything, tucking in rehearsal cards + brunch invites for the guests who get them.

THE suites

You deserve to be delighted, too.

Every couple receives a special heirloom suite with all the bells & whistles: calligraphy, hand-picked vintage postage, wax seals, ribbon, and more. It arrives in a foil-pressed linen box, meant to serve as a conversation piece in your home for years to come.

You’ll also receive two more keepsake suites intended for detail photos—and sharing with your parents afterward.

your keepsake suite

Every piece Priscilla creates feels like

art.

As a photographer, I notice details, and Priscilla’s work stands out in the best way. Her calligraphy, watercolor elements, and color palettes tie everything together so naturally and elevate the whole suite.

Her work photographs beautifully, but even more importantly, it feels personal and intentional in person.

Couples spend, on average, $3500-4000 for 100 invitation suites, not including day-of paper.

The final price will depend on guest count, the complexity of the design, the printing methods used, and the number of pieces in your suite and day-of paper.

When you inquire with me, you’ll receive a detailed pricing guide to help you think through your suite, piece by piece.

All packages include at least 50 suites, because my trusted vendors require a minimum order size.

Because I personally create every piece of artwork in the studio, I can only accept a limited number of clients each month. To secure your date, I recommend reaching out a year before your wedding.

You can find more details about availability on the inquiry page.

You always have the option to add on calligraphy. No matter which package you choose, I include calligraphy on your keepsake envelopes (you’ll get 3 suites for your own use).

Your stationery should match your taste, which is why you get 3 rounds of feedback.

I create a realistic digital mockup of your entire invitation suite (and any day-of paper you order) and break it down piece by piece, so you can share your thoughts on each element.

This way to invitations you’ll treasure forever.
