I never planned to become a wedding invitation artist.
But in between shifts as an X-ray tech, I decided to teach myself watercolor as a way to relax. It was love at first brushstroke, especially since I’ve always had a keen eye for detail and a passion for the natural world.
I founded Priscilla Basilio Design Studio shortly after.

I craft hand-painted wedding invitations and day-of paper for couples who see paper not as another box to check, but rather a way to set the tone for their event—and create a future heirloom.
When I’m not in my studio, I’m spending time with my husband and our two pups at our house near Boston, Massachusetts. I can always make time for a brisk walk outside, a new episode of one of my true-crime podcasts, curling up with a good book, and my interior-design boards on Pinterest.

Every piece of artwork, from watercolor illustrations to line art, is created in-house by me.
While I have a team that helps me with admin and mailing, I never outsource my artwork.
There truly is no limit.
When you choose me as your wedding invitation artist, you get unlimited custom art. If you can imagine it, I’ll draw, paint, or design it.
Gift-giving is my love language.
